An alien who values beauty, Himala is a master thief who travels around the cosmos stealing whatever catches his eye. Upon arriving on Earth, Himala, struck by the beauty of the blue planet, begins stealing entire towns for his collection, keeping them in his Himala World subspace until Ultraman Dyna foils the cosmic kleptomaniac.
