A firefly-like alien, Lasesta hides on Earth in the guise of a young boy. Not knowing his true heritage, the boy soon discovers that he is an alien and coming of age, is expected to join his people among the stars. Their home planet having undergone its own ice age long ago, the Lasesta aliens seek to discover a new home for their kind.
